This self-guided driving tour will take visitors to six remarkable historic barns dating from the early 1840s through the 1930s. Each stop offers a unique glimpse into the families, farms, and traditions that helped shape our community's rural landscape.
As you travel the scenic countryside, you'll discover impressive timber-frame craftsmanship, fascinating local history, and the stories behind some of Hancock County's most treasured agricultural landmarks. Whether you're a history enthusiast, architecture lover, photographer, or simply looking for a memorable family outing, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
